Backups
Your Omamori workspace is hosted on a secure server and is backed up regularly. In the event of an incident, your data can be restored by our team.
Export your data
Most lists (customers, invoices, entries, products) can be exported to spreadsheet. Open the desired list, select the lines, then use the Export function. Accounting reports can be exported to PDF or spreadsheet from the Accounting menu.
Best practice: export your main reports at month end and keep a copy off the platform. It is extra security and convenient when working with your accountant.
