Définir ce que chaque collaborateur peut voir et modifier.

Not all your team members need access to everything. Access rights restrict each user to the functions useful for their role.

Assign rights

  1. Open the Settings, the Users section.
  2. Open the relevant user's record.
  3. Tick the modules and access levels matching their position (for example: sales only, or full accounting).
  4. Save: the changes apply at their next sign-in.
Useful principle: give each person the minimum rights needed for their work. It is safer, and it avoids entry errors in screens they don't master.

Reserve administration rights (settings, user management) for one or two trusted people.
