Stock receipts
When a supplier order arrives, record the receipt of the goods. The received quantities are automatically added to your available stock.
Stock issues
When a customer is delivered, the delivery removes the matching quantities from stock. If you invoice from the Sales module, the issue can be generated from the order.
At any time: each product record shows the quantity in stock and the history of its movements.
For an exceptional adjustment (breakage, loss, donation), record a manual movement so that stock always reflects reality.
