The Project management module lets you steer your projects, assignments or cases: you create a project, add tasks to it, and track their progress by stage, on a visual board.
Module to enable configuration: project management exists in Omamori but needs to be configured for your line of business (defining stages, teams, project templates). Our team can set it up with you during go-live.

First steps
1. Create a project
Open the Project menu, click Create, name the project and assign the manager. Define the stages that fit (for example: To do → In progress → In review → Done).
2. Add and assign tasks
Create the project tasks, assign them to a team member, set a deadline. The column (kanban) view lets you drag each task from one stage to the next.
3. Track progress
The project board gives an overview: tasks by stage, workload per person, deadlines. You can track time spent and, if needed, link it to analytic tracking (costs per project).
Who is it for: ideal for service providers, design offices, agencies and any activity organized in cases or assignments.
