As soon as you sign in, the dashboard gives you an overview of your business: cash position, turnover, pending invoices and tasks to handle.
Key indicators
- Cash — the combined balance of your bank and cash accounts.
- Turnover — the total invoiced over the current period.
- Customer receivables — the amounts your customers still owe you.
- Supplier payables — the amounts you still owe.
Moving around the application
The main menu groups the modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Payroll, Inventory... Click a module to open its screens. The search bar lets you quickly find a customer, an invoice or a product.
Hint: the dashboard figures update in real time as you record your operations.
